ওয়েবসাইটে একই সঙ্গে বাংলা ও ইংরেজি লেখা দেখার জন্য ইউনিকোড ব্যবহার করা হয়। ইউনিকোড ব্যবহার করলে একই ফন্টে বিভিন্ন রকম লেখা দেখা যায়। যেমন ধরুন, যখন বিজয় দিয়ে বাংলা লেখা হয়, তখন ফন্ট থাকে SutonnyMJ। ফন্ট SutonnyMJ নির্বাচন করা থাকলে ইংরেজি লেখা যায় না, লিখলে Invalid character দেখায়। আবার ইংরেজি লেখার জন্য Times New Roman ফন্ট নির্বাচন করা হলেতখন বাংলা লেখা যায় না। যদি ইউনিকোড সেটআপ করে ইউনিকোডের মাধ্যমে একই সঙ্গে বাংলা ও ইংরেজি লেখা হয় তবে কোনো সমস্যা হয় না। অভ্র ইউনিকোড ব্যবহার করে ফন্টে Vrinda নির্বাচন করে দিলে একই সঙ্গে একই ফন্টে বাংলা ও ইংরেজি লেখা দেখা যায়।
তবে ইউনিকোড সমর্থিত কোনো সফটওয়্যার বা ওয়েবপেজ অন্য কোনো কম্পিউটারে নিয়ে চালানো হলে, সেই কম্পিউটারে এই ইউনিকোড থাকতে হয়। নয়তো মাঝেমধ্যে উল্টাপাল্টা বর্ণ দেখাবে। আর ডেটাবেইসে ইউনিকোড ব্যবহার করলে Character settings-এ UTF-8 নির্বাচন করে দিতে হয়।

I never thought I would get a a laptop. I have always been a PC person (Dell also) and was very stubborn when it came to change. I was shopping for a new PC and for some reason I kept looking at this laptop. Dell had a great deal on shipping and additional memory. After achieving superstardom throughout Latin America, Colombian-born Shakira became Latin pop's biggest female crossover artist since Jennifer Lopez broke down the doors to English-language success. Noted for her aggressive, rock-influenced approach, Shakira maintained an extraordinary degree of creative control over her music, especially for a female artist; she wrote or co-wrote nearly all of her own material, and in the process gained a reputation as one of Latin music's most ambitiously poetic lyricists. When she released her first English material in late 2001, she became an instant pop sensation, thanks to her quirky poetic sense and a sexy video image built on her hip-shaking belly-dance moves.
Shakira Mebarak (full name: Shakira Isabel Mebarak Ripoll) was born February 2, 1977, in Barranquilla, Colombia, into a poor family. Her mother was a native Colombian and her father was of Lebanese descent, and so as a child Shakira soaked up music from both cultures; she also listened heavily to English-language rock & roll, listing her favorite bands in later interviews as Led Zeppelin, the Beatles, the Police, the Cure, and Nirvana. Shakira wrote her first song at age eight, began entering (and winning) talent competitions at age ten, and started learning the guitar at age 11; one story runs that around this age, she was kicked out of her school choir for singing too forcefully. In 1990, at age 13, Shakira moved to Bogotá in hopes of pursuing a modeling career, but wound up signing a record deal with Sony's Colombian division instead. Her 1991 debut album, Magia (Magic), was comprised of songs she'd written over the past five or six years, including some of her earliest efforts. The first results were Pies Descalzos (Bare Feet), which was initially released in 1995; a slow seller at first, the album gradually caught on thanks to the rock-tinged single "Estoy Aqui," which became a hit all over Latin America, as well as Spain. After that breakthrough, Pies Descalzos just kept spinning off singles: "Dónde Estás Corazón?," "Antología," "Pienso en Ti," "Un Poco de Amor," "Se Quiere, Se Mata." The album hit number one in eight different countries and eventually went platinum in the U.S. as well; Shakira toured for nearly two years promoting it (she finally left El Oasis in 1997).
Seeking to build on her success, Shakira signed Emilio Estefan -- Gloria's husband and a highly successful music-biz insider -- as her manager and producer. The move paid off when her follow-up album, 1998's Dónde Están los Ladrones? (Where Are the Thieves?), became an even bigger worldwide hit than its predecessor. What was more, it cracked the lucrative U.S. market wide open, spending 11 weeks at number one on Billboard's Latin album chart and producing two U.S. number ones (on the Latin chart) with "Ciega, Sordomuda" and "Tu." Dónde Están los Ladrones? was also the most effective presentation yet of Shakira's strong-willed persona; her self-analysis made her even more popular among female fans, while her anger over love gone wrong drew comparisons to Alanis Morissette.
When Gloria Estefan offered to translate "Ojos Así" into English, the prospect of a crossover suddenly seemed tangible, and Shakira decided that the most effective way to maintain control over her material was to learn English well enough to write in it herself. In the meantime, she set the stage for her crossover bid with a performance on MTV Unplugged; the channel's first Spanish-language broadcast. (born March 28, 1955, McAlester, Okla., U.S.) American singer and actress, one of the most popular female country vocal artists of the 20th century, who later found crossover success with her television sitcom, Reba.
As the daughter of a world champion steer roper, McEntire spent time during her childhood traveling between rodeo performances. On the trips, her mother helped nurture her musical abilities, and McEntire formed a band with her siblings while in the ninth grade. She scored her first big break when she was asked to sing the national anthem at the 1974 National Finals Rodeo. Her performance impressed country music star Red Steagall, who helped McEntire record a demo that led to a contract with Mercury Records. Six years after her first single, “I Don't Want to Be a One Night Stand” (1976), she topped the charts with “Can't Even Get the Blues” (1982). Other hits followed, but McEntire longed to have more control of her own career and to recapture a more traditional country music sound. She moved to the MCA label in 1984, started coproducing her albums, and topped the country charts seven times by the end of 1986. She was the first woman to win six Country Music Association award nominations in one year and was crowned CMA's best female vocalist in an unprecedented four consecutive years (1984–87).
With her musical success established, McEntire expanded into business and acting. Along with second husband and manager Narvel Blackstock, McEntire built an empire that included a talent-management firm, a construction company, a horse farm, and a jet charter service. She made her film debut in the 1990 science-fiction thriller Tremors. The following March, a plane carrying her tour manager and seven band members crashed near San Diego, Calif. McEntire paid tribute to the victims on the album For My Broken Heart (1991).
In 1994 McEntire recorded the album Read My Mind; published her best-selling autobiography, Reba: My Story; appeared in the films North and The Little Rascals; and won both a Grammy Award and a CMA award for her collaboration with Linda Davis on “Does He Love You.” She starred in a number of made-for-television movies over the next few years before landing her own television sitcom, Reba, which she also coproduced, in 2001. The show, about a single mother and her family in suburban Texas, ran until early 2007. McEntire continued to tour. Her later albums include Room to Breathe (2003).

পেনড্রাইভের লুকানো ফাইল বের করুন
কম্পিউটার ওয়ার্ম বা ভাইরাসের কারণে উইন্ডোজ অপারেটিং সিস্টেমে অনেক সময় পেনড্রাইভে ফাইল থাকলেও তা অদৃশ্য (হাইড) হয়ে যায়। কিন্তু পেনড্রাইভের Properties-এ গেলে দেখা যায় ফাইলগুলো ঠিকই মেমোরিতে জায়গা দখল করে আছে। আবার ফাইলের বদলে ফাইলের শর্টকাট পাওয়া যায়। এ রকম সমস্যায় পড়লে Start থেকে All Programs /accessories/notepad-এ গিয়ে নোটপ্যাড খুলুন এবং নিচের সংকেতটি হুবহু নোটপ্যাডে লিখুন।

উইন্ডোজ অপারেটি সিস্টেম চালিত কম্পিউটারে পেনড্রাইভ বা মেমোরি কার্ড যুক্ত করলে তা সাধারণত স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে চলে (অটোরান)। ফলে পেনড্রাইভ বা মেমোরি কার্ডে কোনো কম্পিউটার ওয়ার্ম বা ভাইরাস থাকলে, পেনড্রাইভ কম্পিউটারে যুক্ত করলে (ওপেন) তা ওই কম্পিউটারে ছড়িয়ে পড়তে পারে। চাইলে আপনি এই অটোরান বন্ধ রাখতে পারেন। এ জন্য মাই কম্পিউটারে ডান ক্লিক করে Manage/Computer management/Service and application/services/shell hardware detection অপশনে যান। এবার shell hardware detection অপশন খুলে Service status হিসেবে stop দিন, startup type অপশনে disable নির্বাচিত করুন। এরপর থেকে ইউএসবি ড্রাইভ সংযোগ করলে তা আর অটোরান করবে না। উল্লেখ্য, এই কাজটি করলে আপনার ডিভিডি রমকে কম্পিউটার সিডিরম হিসেবে দেখাবে। কিন্তু এতে ভয়ের কিছু নেই। ডিভিডি ব্যবহার করতে কোনো সমস্যা হবে না। Rwni“j Bmjvg
